Tulsa hottest DJ, DJ Vixen from Party AllStars will be spinning non-stop on level 2. Also this year DJ Rook will be spinning down stairs on level 1. So on July 12th Party AllStars, Urban Tulsa & all ABOT Award nominees and winners will Party like an AllStar til they kick us out.
